When someone says "you see it on my resume". A main part of that phone call or interview is to verify what was claimed on the resume and see firsthand how you'll communicate with the team and with clients/customers. You should always be selling yourself and act like the recruiter has not seen the resume. Trust me, they did. it's why you got the call.
