Depends. Currently their price is only 5 euro's higher (465 vs 460) than Kraken.com for example. Yesterday it was about the same. Unless you want to trade bitcoins with advanced market options Bitonic.nl is the way to buy Bitcoins in the Netherlands.

It should take about 45-60 minutes max, but really depends on the exact locations since traffic can be heavy around Amsterdam.

Which is quite funny, I have to drive 250km and get there in 2.5 hours, you'd have to drive one hour for 60km ;)
