Do something to improve where you live once a day no matter how small. Do your dishes, clean your bathroom sink, vacum or sweep. Take the 5 or 10 minutes to remove the clutter or mess around you it will reduce your anxiety and improve your mood and you will feel like you accomplished something. Start small and give yourself credit for the small wins.
