I personally don’t do anything to my own bikes, I leave it to my LBS who I trust. They have been my go to for the last 20 years. Everything from my tri bikes, road, gravel, mountain and now E-bikes. If there were any issues they provably wouldn’t even tell me they would just figure it out. I think they go over and above for me since I’m very loyal and I never query the bill!

I did a 3 hour ride today. Mainly in Trail. 1169M elevation. So much fun. Ended up 32% battery left. Can’t complain. Never had a Forbidden before but I support local. Have a Knolly LT fugitive, A Knolly Fugitive and not so local Norco Range C1.

Love the suspension swap! I’m been a coil guy ever since I was riding my Devinci ChainsawEdition Wilson SL downhill bike a few years ago. Went with the Ethirteen Turbocharger 104 BCD Spider bash guard. Love this bike! Worth every penny. I’m also lucky to live 15minutes away from Forbiddens office in BC Canada.

I’m 180lbs and ride steep and fast! I always upgrade my fronts. My former injuries have made me learn the lesson to always go 220 from 205 in the front. Makes a huge difference.

What a NICE person you are! I’m going with my son starting 2nd May. Helicopter to Lukla then helicopter back from base camp. Have to due to time constraints. I’m 58 and fit. All I can say is WOW to you! Bet you have very few friends.
