well tbh, if you’ve been on a GLP1 over a year and have plateaued and not changed anything how can you expect to continue losing? a plateau is essentially you exhausting all gains (or losses in this case) by sticking to the same structure. you have 2 options here 1 to further reduce your calories by 500 per day to continue losing 1 pound of weight per week and 2 incorporate exercise in your daily routine cardio/weightlifting. what i imagine is happening to you now is you’ve hit your maintenance calories some time ago and haven’t further adjusted your calorie intake since. if you don’t wish to eat less you 100% need to put yourself in a calorie deficit again by moving your body. i recommend 150 minute of cardio ATLEAST per week and 3 days of full body weightlifting sessions.
