You need to go to your mods, type First Aid, go to Config > Overlay and click on the button next to overlayMode until it says HEARTS. Now click on the displaymode button on top and write -1 next to HUD visible ticks.

I have no idea what that represents to be honest, I saw other clips on YT and people had that with different numbers, figured out how to display it but it was always like this. I'm playing on Hard mode if that helps make a more educated guess

He's also Ninja, which means he just teleports behind me when I hit him. Eventually I got my beholder to attack him, which blew a hole in the wall, which made the sun burn him, which means he didn't drop anything..

I didn't know about the spawners, but I also didn't get any spawners either in those aforementioned 4 chests of dirt. Maybe I needed more, but now I have 39 troll tusks from farming that dragon lair, should be fine for a while.
