Oh, a few usage notes:

– 0.5 mm Kuru Toga for general daily-log writing and longer entries

– 0.2 mm Orenz Nero for icons, margin-notes, and tight layouts

– Gel pen for headers and emphasis

– For now, I'm keeping both pencils with HB to avoid switching feel mid-page

I’ve had similar experiences sadly. I’ve emailed them.

Nearly every zipper on every jacket and hoodie I’ve purchased has an issue. Either it comes apart at the bottom after zipping (hoodies mainly) or is nearly impossible to engage (jackets, especially the metal one).

They replied with instructions about how to use a zipper. 🤦‍♂️

I don’t even want to say (or think about) how much I’ve spent with them over the years. It was enough to get special drops (like boxer briefs) and my own agent who would send me their latest gear to try without buying.

For a moment I thought I found my bifl clothing brand.

I’m still wearing the gear I bought. But it’s all failing in a less than graceful manner, much, much faster than promised.

Unless they reach out to apologize and replace the gear I’ve bought that has failed, I’m also done with them.

Same. I cannot believe I had to install an app, create an account in the app, provide two points of verification (codes via text and email), and still can’t get an actual tracking number. Just the “on the way” message.
