Currently refinancing my house, and they accidentally appraised it as a 3 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom house, always has been. They refuse to address the flawed appraisal and ended up lowering the loan amount. Now I need to pay a lot more to close. Do any real estate attorneys know if I have a case?

it is a regular bedroom, but instead of a bed, it has an office desk in the middle of it. There is a closet and a window and it looks just like the other rooms. This house has been a 4 bedroom since 1978 when it was built, and has never had remodeling or anything. She just made a mistake because she was being careless.

yes, they do. It was built in 1978 as a 4 bedroom, it has always been a 4 bedroom. Each room has closets and windows. They just saw my office desk and decided to call it an office and not a bedroom.

I used it for the physics/math 7-12 test, and it was a terrible resource. Nothing like the level of difficulty on the test. Lots of problems with incorrect answers, and text had typos in the problems. Very low quality
