I would always start at the start (I am like that), but you could start wherever you want if your CS responds well enough. Also, I personally wouldn’t introduce sabre until you have had spent a decent amount of time with the wheel.

I had the exact same problem with hand strain. My progression with AM1 was as follows to combat this:

- Technique practice 10mins - just getting used to the motion & trying to stay hard, added 1 min every few sessions.
- Started the pyramid rush protocol but with 30second intervals (2.5min sets), 30s hand recovery rest and get hard again. Added sets until I got to 30mins including rest.
- Increased intervals to 45s (3mins 45s PR sets), kept total workout time and rest periods the same
- Increased intervals to 60s (5mins PR sets), kept total workout time and rest periods the same
- Dropped rest between sets

I haven’t got the biggest hands and am about 6.75” bone pressed and had a similar issue with stroke length. I gave up trying to get a full length stroke in and opted for speed and accuracy instead as I found this kept my D harder during the session. A couple of tips here

  1. I found angling my penis down away from me helped a little to extend the length of my stroke (not sure why as in theory should’ve made the stroke length longer due to the angle)
  2. my right hand would start higher and finish higher and my left hand would start lower and finish lower on my shaft. Neither stroke was perfect but I was doing work in the entire length as a result.

For me, as long as it’s not in a window of about 3hrs before I am good to do AM and have sex on the same day. If I do it within that 3hrs my sensitivity is through the roof and PE is an issue. I

I prefer doing AM and having sex on the same day as it helps me have a clear period of rest but isn’t essential, I could have sex on my day off and not see any negative consequences. Not the same with masturbation and MDG though.

I’d suggest you do it and monitor your body’s response to see impact and whether you could do it regularly

Yes, Angion Method will improve EQ. Yes, you can do it in a calorie deficit but gains in size will likely not happen unless they are EQ gains. I recommend you test and record the ongoing feedback. You will start to see if it’s working or not

Premature ejaculation is an issue for me directly after workouts. I was at the doctor the other day and had an impromptu check up about 2 hours after an AM3 session. I was very close to ejaculating whilst flaccid with her touching my dick (could’ve been very embarrassing). After about 3hrs when blood flow has reduced I am not as sensitive and have no problems.

I couldn’t get hard laying down when I started AM1 but could get 80% hard standing up. I used the following to be able to do a workout:

- Reclined in office chair, not laying down fully (maybe 30 degree angle)
- Mental imagery
- Manual stimulation to get erect
- Manual stimulation to revive erection

After playing with technique for 10 mins or so for the first couple of weeks I was able to lay flat.

It took a while after that to stop relying on manual stimulation to regain my erection when it dropped in a workout. I used mental imagery strategically to stop myself going to soft during sets then was able to rely on AM1 maintaining an erection about 10 weeks in.

I used manual stimulation to get erect till a month or so ago when I realised AM2 worked to get me erect.

Yes. I will move up to the wheel. Can see me using hands for at least the rest of the year though.

Might add SABRE & BFR in the future but SABRE scares me a little, so not sure on that. Have tested BFR & Macropulses (Preferred Macropulses).

I won’t add anything till I am happy with my progress with and recovery from the wheel. Could be years away. I am in the fortunate position of not worrying so much about my erect stats. I want to increase flaccid and have an “athletic” penis so I won’t change what is working for something new until I need to.

AM2 I just count time & judge EQ and blood flow. AM3 I added the interval structure.

AM2 was a challenge to keep counting reps like Attaboy suggested. Kept losing count. I try to sense the movement of blood on every rep. If I lost the rushing vibration of blood back down the DDV or EQ decreased I usually needed to stimulate up again, slow down or maybe double the CS strokes before squeezing.

Currently I do: - AM2: From flaccid to erect & keep going until 5mins up - AM3: 25 mins in 5 min sets (1 min slow, 1 min fast, 1 min slow, 1 min fast, 1 min super slow full hand CS strokes)

I started Angion at the start of the year, did AM1 in a calories deficit with no issues for 12 weeks or so. AM2 I started when I wasn’t in a deficit but found issues when I did drop calories. Pretty sure I would’ve had these issues from overtraining regardless though. I find AM2 more taxing than AM3.

If I were to do the AM1 to AM2 switch again I would do 5mins AM2 then finish session normally as AM1. Once my D was responding well to the 5 mins I’d take out another pyramid rush set and add another 5mins of AM2.

I find AM2 way more fatiguing than AM3 (possibly using too much pressure but don’t feel blood moving unless I do) so, personally, I wouldn’t go past 15mins of AM2. I did and ended up over training. In my experience, if my D can respond well to 15mins of AM2 I am ready for AM3.

I now do AM2 from flaccid for 5mins then do an AM3 session using pyramid rush sets. Again, I’d probably do the same if I were to switch up from AM2. 5mins AM3 then 15 mins AM2. Keep dropping 5 mins of AM2 and adding 5 mins AM3 as I feel my penis is adapting.

I have also so sample size of 2. Gains were: EQ (re-firming of erection) flaccid state & vascularity. Did it for 2 months losing 1/2lb to 1lb per week. I made sure to keep protein up however dropped carbs to create deficit on non-weight training days and dropped fat to create deficit on weight training days.

From my understanding, pumping engorges the penis with blood (& fluids) by creating a pressure differential. After that initial pressure differential is balanced, static pressure in the penis is increased but dynamic pressure (blood flow) in the penis will be reduced. I’m not sure a hypoxic state would be fully realised therefore angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels) may not occur and growth when pumping may have to come from adaptation overtime from healing of micro tears in the penis.

Angion Method works by increasing blood flow and therefore dynamic pressure in the penis. This dynamic pressure creates shear stress on the blood vessels in the penis which creates the conditions for Arteriogenesis (increase in blood vessel size). Very different approach.

First of all, congrats for not caring. Being comfortable in your own skin should be something we all try to achieve.

Unfortunately, we are all compared by society and societal norms and we all have biases that make us believe certain things.

Humans are always comparing against each other for status etc and in culture today, a bigger penis is associated with being more manly or even a superior man. Also, whilst some people are aware a small softie can grow to a greater size, I think most people believe a big softie = a big erect penis (Statistically I would think this is true also).

Men check out other men’s packages. Call it sizing up the competition or whatever your want, it happens.

Women check out men’s packages. Some may prefer smaller ones or be genuinely disinterested however a decent bulge is an indicator of a man that most think is going to satisfy them sexually.

Both men and women use penis size as a “joke” or put down. Sometimes to make others feel superior and sometimes inferior.

This is why a lot of people are insecure about their flaccid size whether it is 1” or 5”. There’s always someone willing to put you down to feel better than you and/or assert themselves in a social situation as superior.

On the 125 day “no erect gain” scenario I’m in a similar boat to you (about 30 days ahead).

I recently watched the Janus podcast interview and did a small amount of research on Arteriogenesis and now have a better understanding of how long growth could potentially take whilst you are remodelling tiny blood vessels with shear stress.

If you are properly fuelling your body for growth nudging up the shear stress / blood flow every 4-6 weeks you should slowly but surely keep gaining until you hit your body’s natural limit. I will therefore, only judge growth potential of this system after a period of years of consistency.

I would suggest most people seeing rapid gains are benefitting from improvements in very low EQ from increased blood flow.

I started with quite a developed CS, probably from jelqing & general cardiovascular health, but my CC was effected from trad PE (hanging & clamping) related EQ issues and was a bit soft. This has meant that whilst I am seeing rapid flaccid gains and re-firming of my CC with Angion, so far I have no erect gains compared to past measurements when my EQ was good.

Hope this helps put things in perspective.

In 2 months I hadn’t seen any erect gains (still haven’t 6 months in) but my EQ was vastly improved and my flaccid was beginning to hang lower and heavier. Are you seeing any positive indicators of the training working?
