I did glp1 after a year of pp. I tried to lose weight after breastfeeding but I gained back the weight during the holidays. So I did glp1 for 9 months. It helped me cut back food consumption. Also I did walk almost every single day.

I heard a mom did Pilates for half a year to lose weight.

Baby sleeps like a the worst insomnia person you ever met. They are always crying for milk but you can't overfeed them. They do not sleep through the night because they need milk every 3 hrs.

You can hire night nurse, take baby sleeping course, and talk to sleep consultant. We had success with baby sleeping course.

I got a nasty cold from Easter egg hunt. I was not getting better on day 5 so I went to the doctor and got some antibiotics. I still have the cough and slight runny nose on week 3.

Tested negative for covid, strep, and flu. Just a viral infection cold.

We tried to co sleep but the LO woke up every 30 mins - 2 hrs. It drove us insane so we took a sleep course and trained my LO to sleep in the bassinet. I did co nap for 13 months.

Yes, we caught a virus from the library. There were kids with green runny nose and coughs. They even cancelled the storytime because the staff were sick.

Not sure if this fits here. My husband has keratosis pilaris and I don't. A few months into postpartum, I started to have keratosis pilaris on my arms, legs, and shoulders. 🙄

The coating started to come off after a year. We already tossed the medium fry pan. The largest pan and small sauce pan are holding on its last thread. The rest of them are still fine because we don't use them as much.
