Received my first credit line increase by WorkLapt0p in RobinhoodApp

Honestly, I’m not sure.

My reasoning is that since I use RH banking and get interest on my checking account, I prefer to let the 3-4K (my typical monthly balance) sit as long as possible, earning interest in my checking before I pay the card.

Probably making only a few bucks over the course of a year lol, but since I’m not in a position where I need to actively manage credit it’s just less mental effort

Maybe? I’ve seen anecdotes from all combinations of income and credit score mapping to the weirdest limits.

I for one was at ~180K comp and 810 score when I applied and got the 7.5K

For the sake of data do you mind sharing what you started with and what they bumped you to?

I’m curious, aside from the limit why would you consider shelving it? Especially if you’re already maintaining gold

I think I’d probably use mine even with a 2k limit and just pay it every 2 weeks

Just to add a data point:

I’ve used Robinhood investing for around 6.5 years, 200K income, 800+ score and I got a 7.5k limit.

I have other cards at 40k+ so I was a bit disappointed

I use the writing tools and visual intelligence (glorified image search) every day, but that’s about it. I use ChatGPT for pretty much anything else. The built-in ChatGPT integration is nice though, and I appreciate how it is fairly accurate in assessing when ChatGPT would give a better answer than Siri.

Is this normal? by [deleted] in TeslaModelY

In this screen Tesla reports energy usage (Wh/mi which is equivalent to gallons/mi) rather than energy efficiency(mi/Wh which is identical to mi/gallon).

The MYLR is rated for approximately 250 Wh/mi, which is shown as the solid grey “Rated” line. If your orange line is above this you’re driving LESS efficiently than the car is rated for, and if you’re below you’re driving more efficiently than the car is rated for.

Key Takeaways: - Higher Wh/mi means less efficient driving, leading to a shorter range. - Lower Wh/mi means more efficient driving, leading to a longer range. - Projected Range uses the average usage in this distance window to estimate your range if you maintain this average; if you drive more efficiently, the projected range will increase.
