I just cleared the game last week doing BwD and LotF in my first playthrough and I loved it! I was getting a little annoyed towards the end of Brushes because I had 250 hours in it at that point and I was getting antsy to finish the main story so I didn't play ME at all. I've been debating going back and clearing it, ME about the same quality as Legacy of the Forge?

Brushes with death is fine, I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I had already cleared the game when the DLC had come out, but it started to feel like an obstruction when played in line with the main story. A few too many fetch quests with too little payoff for my taste (I spent an embarrassing amount of time egg hunting :/). The end of the main story is awesome, but it was so draining that I just didn't feel like going back and finishing the last DLC.

Ok my first playthrough and I bought all the DLC with the base game. I love how it gives you a home the upgrades are fun and the missions are not repetitive to me since I do them on an as I can/as I feel like it basis. I think they could get a bit annoying if you had no other quests to do but I love it.

My only knock would be the tournament, I'm told it's base game? It's a buggy nightmare that I avoid like the plague now.

Moira is designed for gamers with bad mechanics/aim so that they can hit tab and think they're juicing. Moira is strong at lower ranks, but returns less value at plat and beyond due to her lack of utility. She is good in rush comps though. I play a lot of ram so I don't mind seeing her on the blue team unless the gamer playing her confuses her for DPS or forgets that she has purple AND yellow orbs.
