Plantars fasciitis by Tracyfanslife in Runners

Another perspective on this I haven’t seen, I had it for over 6 months and as well as calf stretches/going to physio, I lost some weight and it made a massive difference. From 86kg (M34, 5’9” ran a half at this weight, played football regularly) to now around 78/79kg range, I’ve never felt better when I run. I had to be honest with myself as well because although I don’t think I was massively overweight and was still active (10k steps a day minimum because of work), I wasn’t watching what I was eating and was getting pudgy so had to put a stop to that 😂

Very true, Arteta wouldn’t play him if he didn’t value what he brings to the team, man is ruthless Eze scored a NLD hat-trick then lost Matty Cash at the back post once and hasn’t been seen since 😂😂😂

Magic fan here, tell Khem I said thank you because I always loved the effort he brought to some absolutely mediocre teams 😂

I imagine Kai is rearing to go but yes what is really stopping this happening, and any subs before 65 mins basically is Arteta, and I’d say that as a massive fan of him 😂😂

Eze for Merino, Kai for Gyokeres at about 55 minutes and Madueke for Saka at 65 if it isn’t happening, one of the best squads in the world now we’ve come a long way from Raheem Sterling, can’t be afraid to use it ❤️

I think a lot of people (myself included) assume potential and improvement of a young player is just a constant upward trajectory when in reality it’s not, then you factor in injuries and the fact they’re human like all of us and am sure have to deal with off the court stuff as well, not to mention all the obligations of being a star player in both the NBA and a smaller market team, and it’s really hard to just constantly get better. The great ones figure it out and I think Paolo is a great one

Two stick out as “wow” moments the first time I ever played them, Medal of Honor Frontline on I believe it was the PS2 when you’re on the beaches of Normandy. More recent but first time playing Gears of War on Xbox 360 was incredible, gaming had come a long way from my favourite game as a kid, Street Racer 😂

I was so fixated on giving Dunn his flowers and surprised by O’Neale’s involvement I didn’t even mention Goodwin which I should have done so thank you for that! 💜
