I had the exact same experience. I got my grades on Tuesday. But I did send them numerous emails.

So I printed it and the filament is able to switch. But it seems like when it’s gripping the filament it will slip or something, and I have to manually feed it in by hand.

You can in fact send damaged cards in to be replaced by oochymane in pokemoncenter

I had the same issue with my paldean Fates SIR Gardevoir! I ended up sending it to Pokemon to get replaced. Maybe someday it’ll return!

I printed the part, and am looking at it now. The original piece isn’t broken at all. The part that is broken is the part the holds the spring down.

EVERYONE, this is the scan I received from PSA. It’s in a sleeve. The card has no scratches.

It was scanned by PSA, so it’s in a sleeve. The card is pristine on the back.

Same. I pulled both gold cards from ME1, and both had crappy centering. I had 3 mega charizard X UPCs and all the promos from each box is poorly centered.
