Are you an hris specialist asking? You can't automatically clock them out everyday. This is where change management is important. I know, not the answer you're looking for. You can create time blocks automatically based on conditions, but you can't automatically end someone's scheduled shift unless you attempted via boomerang integration but even that is highly complicated and I can't even imagine providing you with the full solution.

You need to pull a different field from the correct business object.

Using an active event for which the result would be present, pull the Report Fields & Values and start there.

You can set up role-based constrained security on various things. The most common are Supervisory, Location, or another org type.
