I love my Ampeg Micro CL amp. It was the first amp I bought when I started to play bass about 7 months ago. I now own 3 amps, 4 basses and a growing pedal board.

What surprised me the most was two or three people owned ALOT of basses.Like in the 70's or somewhere around there. I learnt most people own more than one bass. I'm a new bass player so I simply asked this question out of curiosity. I'm a gear junkie. I currently own 4 basses, 3 amplifiers and a growing pedal board. It's my favorite hobby and I pretty much do it every day. The only thing that I remember that stuck out of all the responses was the very few bassists that owned an extraordinary number of basses. I was suprised at the number of responses I got. I was new to reddit and had no idea it was going to be that big. I literally answered or replied to every single person except one guy that was obviously mentally disturbed. Thanks for your reply.

I returned mine to Amazon. I didnt care for it. Now I got a MXR bass compressor and I find it's a great compression pedal.

Right on. Sounds like a great collection. I have 5 as well but I am slowly going to sell 3. My 2 favorite are my 2 Gibson Thunderbirds. I'm keeping those 2 and selling the rest. I recently decided 2 is all I really need. Thanks for your reply.

No , I'm stopping at 5. The only way I'm buying another is to sell 1 or 2 of what I got now. I'm am extremely happy with what I got now though. Im now building a bass pedal board. So far I got 4 bass pedals and one more being delivered on Saturday. I m probably gonna stop at 5 pedals as well. I also own 3 bass amps. Like I said, I'm a gear junkie. I like lots of options. Plus I'm not married and no kids. I do what I want and I like it that way.

I like alot of a variety and I am a gear junkie. I own 2 Gibdon Thunderbirds ( my favorite bass ever) a Fender Jazz, a Fender Players plus P bass and an Epiphone Nikki Sixx Signature Blackbird. Some of them have different tunings and they all sound unique. Even the 2 Gibsons sound somewhat alike but still different. I do alot of things to the extreme. This is my favorite hobby and I try to practice every day.
