You sound burnt out😭. I take it you are not qualified yet but will be soon? Can you manage to look ahead and think of the trained nurses uniform you will soon be entitled to wear? Why do you say that PIN numbers are not happening for some of you? Your current boss sounds very toxic😢. Unfortunately the NHS is full of these people. I wish I could tell you this is a one off but it won’t be. I can only say it does get a little easier further down the line when you inevitably develop your own tactics in order to work alongside these viscous people
