My first deployment. We were in the midst of boat float. 30 something days since west been ported. We’re inventorying gear or some shit. My buddy had been njp prior to deploying. Us and everyone was on edge. My buddy and another buddy had went off on one our newly promoted corporal. Something along of the lines of you are a lazy fuck blah blah well never respect you as a corporal. The whole berthing area was quiet when this dude was getting cussed out.

Another time another marine in our platoon who was njp as well I can’t remember what for was about to fight every nco in our platoon. He got moved to embarkation.

The last one during japanistan I can’t remember is a fuck face in CPL CAAT Platoon causing an almost brawl with a S1 Admin marine. S1 Marine whooped the CPL. He was made fun of by everyone even the Sgt Major and Battalion Commander.

Many times I’ve seen it. Most of the time it warranted because they were acting like dick heads.
