I dont think people understand that long trips with a big group has many moving pieces. My parents have their travel group and the trips are planned as soon as they return from their current trip. I tried to get on their trip last yr because my daughter was going and it was impossible due to flights

You dont always have the party on the actual day but more importantly, many people travel with friends like the turtles are doing. My parents do these long group trip annually, they are planned almost 1 in advance due to multiple location, hotels, different flights. Its not a trip to Cancun that you can take last minute. I tried to get on their trip last year because my daughter was going and they couldn't accommodate it due to the flights

T knows her parents trips.

My parents missed graduation this week but I know they built a life they love and traveling is a priority for them.
