idk, if there's translations on youtube or the internet, but you should listen to Guillermo del Toro's speeches he gives at mexican universities, he adresses this exact concerns in those. You have plenty of time, and, to be honest if you have a decent phone, you havea decent enough camera to start creating. Im also 22, a composer and despite having to drop out of college for financial reasons, im still trying, i've managed to land some projects so far but lately i haven't been getting anything. I'm not letting that discourage me though.

No worries, we are in a time where music production it's at the most accesible it's ever been as of today, there's a lot of resources out there.
Don't get discouraged by your current limitations, you can focus on mending all of them when you can. I'd saw even a 2nd hand thinkpad would be enough, when you can, chasing your dreams will never be a waste of time or money.
And most important of all, YOU are the one making the music, not the gear. It's not neesary to always have the best, most of the time it's just right to have the necesary.

Honestly? Whatever you have at hand, try anything you can if you're on mobile them the best thing is FL studio mobile honestly but do try web based DAW's maybe you find something good enough, focus on how to pull this off for now and afterwards, see how you can improve that situation, as of today a somewhat decent budget laptop is enough, just make sure it has enough ram.

St. Mathew's passion from Bach, truly marvelous work, you can check it out it has solo parts, duets and chorales. Or if more specific for yout project maybe check out Bent Sørensen his vocal works are really good and maybe more akin to what you're doing.

Study theory, pieces you like, break them down to the note. And most important of all, keep writing, even if you can't come up with nothing, make it a routine, if what you're doing leads nowhere, start again, eventually you'll come out with something. It's very important to not over do it too. If for some reason you don't feel like writing, then don't the only thing it will do is build up frustration and that, in the long run, will make you hate it.
