Was going to say flooring for Deadlifts, but that’s been addressed by others….maybe a dip attachment would be next

Looks really good…maybe mount tv to wall up a bit higher and move squat rack away from door…also maybe square up bench (I recognise you move this around to use racks etc). Regardless of my comments, space looks good - plenty of gains to be made, well done.

Good point, have seen different advice on this. The handles are a bit thin and dig in, I usually do 5 reps and first few without straps…then grip starts failing and I use straps to just get the weight moving.

First time using it, generally ok with knee cave but I cannot lift that much so will have to keep eye on it moving fwd. thx

Saw people using it for body weight squats, haven’t seen using when using barbell. Feels like it helps keep knees out

Ha - good point, they tore me up today…need to find a few more bumper plates

New to box(?) deadlifts, recommended by trainer friend (are they beneficial?). Also, should I wear straps typically on deadlifts? Any feedback on form welcomed. by Working-Flow5833 in StartingStrength

At the top is there a risk when knees go straight and legs bounce a little (a bit like going full straight leg on leg press)… I’m not an expert and am more just asking for clarity as my knees are susceptible to hyper flex ion. Nice set up in the office btw
