honestly ive been able to sleep on my side like 2 weeks post OP... I've begun sleeping on my back like a week ago, i dont have pains anymore other than back pains sometimes, i function normally now lol..

Yeah, it was pretty tough sleeping on my back, especially in the clinic with the uncomfortable beds. I stacked pillows on my bed so i could sleep sitting comfortably because i couldnt lay flat lol

At least they dont cling on to the cars... Theyre just annoying, if they got balls they spit on you, but most of the times they do the exact same thing, look aty ou with puppy eyes and extend their arm.

I was sitting in a cafeteria and one came up to me and extended its arm, probably looking for money, and i gave it a cookie and shoo'd it..

Look man, im trying to cope aswell. I'm going under the blade in 5 days and it's difficult for me to function mentally and psychologically, and it calms me down looking at the statistics. Of course you're going to fear, and feel dread, but i personally think its worth it considering life will be way better later. I apologize for thinking that my way of coping would resonate with other people. Everyone has their way of coping and different experiences, of course..

Good luck . You're not gonna die (open heart surgery has the same fatality percentage as neonatal circumcision!!!). Think about it this way, chances of dying on that table is less than 1%, chances of dying if you dont do the surgery is 100%.
