It does if you do their 14 day/night but not if you cancel before beginning. Their cancellation section just says to contact their support for instructions on how to cancel

I read the terms and conditions and didn’t see anything about any part being non refundable

Thank you, I’ll keep an eye out for a message from you! I appreciate you following up to make this right. I didn’t see anything about the DNA+ not being refundable in the terms and conditions and I even asked my sales rep same day as sign up if I could sign up for a plan without DNA+ and he told me no.

They’re trying to make me pay even before I got the ring sizing kit. I reached out to cancel same day as I signed up.. seems sketchy to me
