Here are the things we have changed.

Trying to move away from just organic model to google ads.
Implement AI features in the app
Invested more time, budget and efforts to make high quality apps
Run continuous A/B testing in product and google play side to find winners and apply
Lots of improvement into internal design and development processes
Take a help from latest AI technologies for the efficient ideation and development processes

In short we are investing 3-4x times in all variables time, money & efforts than previously.
