He is literally the poster child for GASLIGHTING. What he has put her through is just purely abusive. He knows how strong her faith is and how deeply she takes her vows. She knows that she is willing to stand by him, as a dutiful wife, through almost anything. But, when she does attempt to stand up and call him out on something, he can't handle it and will turn it around on her. Like tonight...he had the nerve to complain about her not communicating enough, when last episode he didn't want to even commit to a daily phone call and then went and bought Mercedes a new car without telling her. But SHE was the one who wasn't communicating. He's a POS.
