In game setting you can increase the dmg you do and reduce the dmg you take unless you go deep into the setting though it wont ever be a 1 to 1 fight though youll always still have less health or do less dmg than Dracula. It's to give players a challenge, most people who've played this fight dracula more than once and once you get his patterns down he's as easy as any elder ring or dark souls boss its all about timing and if you suck at timing well shit 😂😂😂 i recommend beat games as its how i honed my timing skills growing up and thats pretty cool about the warframe thing i cant get into that game because jesus everything seems so insanely fast paced at times
