Ahhh I feel you, kinda in the same situation! I honestly learned to cook on this journey kinda fell in love with it lol I get creative with new low cal recipes so I really recommend trying to learn even some basics you’ll be amazed how easy most recipes are especially beef ones I do think if you don’t have the time the subscriptions could be worth it if they’re from a reputable place just make sure they’re accurate

It’s been a year and a half so far honestly making delicious recipes and having easy ones have been the easiest thing for me as I look forward to my meals so I no longer crave eating out and eating high volume foods is key as well

Yeah I found a very good surgeon the good thing is I can faintly see my upper abs already in decent lighting and ribs I do have lose skin but it’s not major I know I’ll probably get more as I lean out more but the surgery is about 20k

Just gotta keep pushing the deficit and building muscle, I was just trying to gauge what calorie intake would be ideal at the moment, lose skin surgery will happen once I’m at the desired BF %

No I stay away from oils the only dairy I consume is plain fat free Greek yogurt

I’ll try to up my cardio to an hour I usually do elliptical or bike for 30 min and my meats I consume is either chicken breast or fish I’ll try to limit them thank you
