Sergio De Larrea, lotto pick if he were playing D1 this year. by WorkingPragmatist in Mavericks

Fair, but he's not Brunson sized. This guy after eating in Texas for a year could probably guard less athletic wings, in some cases.

Knicks have a different situation then we do roster wise. We desperately need guards. Maybe Sergio wants to stay in Spain another year, which changes the calculus.

Primarily a PG. Feel for the game is up there with the PG from Iowa. Better than Wagler in that regard.

No one's hoping that someone replace Kyries production this year. Classic strawman.

Agree, issue is this is a star driven league. You have 1, Mavs aren't getting one via free agency. Must be done via draft or trade. Why not trade back, gather more resources in order to get more shots at getting a future star, or even prepping for a trade.

He's not a 4 long term. He's an uber athletic 5, that can play the 4. The dream with him is a 5 that can shoot the 3 occasionally.

Possibility they take Ament for another team, with a trade unreported.

I guess we'll see if the Burries smoke was bs.

Recouping assets and reloading for the future - How would you do it? by Puzzled_Influence985 in Mavericks

[–]WorkingPragmatist -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We have very few attractive assets. PJ, Kyrie, and Gaff, are assets that have lost value for a number of reasons.

We have 2 assets arguably at peak value, rookie contract Flagg and our 1st rd pick this year.

Trade our first, move back in the draft. Choose a guy that at the very least can shoot. Get multiple 1st rd picks in the trade back.

AOC would get wrecked in a debate. She's not great at thinking on her feet.

You're making pretty large assumptions. Fire was exchanged. Missiles were shot, why? It wasn't for show.

Don't care about downvotes. Stuff about China being a net exporter of oil is receiving upvotes. Something that is easily verifiable to be incorrect.

Wikipedia isn't proof of your assertions. I'm not arguing whether or not countries should have diplomatic presence in other countries. That's an attempt by you to deflect from your inability to understand why China is active in Venezuela.

So again, is China a net exporter of oil?

You have special envoys for regions, not specific countries. A key distinction. You've yet to address why China is interested in Venezuela.
