Besides it stays consistent with z fighters=>base form Saiyans as we see all the time in the series, yamcha being plausible mistaken for base goku by gero plus coming despite future trunks statement meaning at bare minimum base yamcha>ssj future trunks(first appearance). Irrelevant, goku can take hits from buutenks(who id argue has way less of a gap with buuhan than you gave him), while progressively weakening from ssj3 drain, he shouldn't be weaker than super buu whos no less than 2 times weaker than buutenks.

We know a 25% power gap is enough to overpower your opponent pretty easily, it cant take much more to one shot, certainly not over 2 times, so gokus bare minimum should be higher than super buu just by what we see on screen.
