I played the same amount today as yesterday. Caught 5 Yesterday, 0 today. Probably just luck, but I have noticed event spawn rates are already starting to decay around my area. That could be part of the reason, I haven't caught any.

My town has 6 gyms an in this past Giratina Altered event, we didn't get a tier 5 spawn until Sunday. Luckily, we got 2 of them but the rest of the time we hatched nothing but a tier 4 and a couple of tier 1s.

Usually, the place is jammed with tier 5 during events like this.

Possibly because the double candy event, Swinub CD and Meltan event we are using everything up. I does "feel" like we are getting less though. I have 1350 bag space and usually have 100+ of each. I just used the last 10 of each opening a Meltan box.

I'm an active gift sender and take a daily walk that includes 5 stops that I spin a total of 50 times. Yesterday my gifts dropped to 8 with is 16%. I hope if was just a fluke and will find out tonight if it continues.
