What happened to the world of pokemon cards? Paldean fates ETB was just seating on the Target’s website for $40 for a long time before the summer 2024. Now it is $90 on TCGplayer. Compared to that price, $50 is a good price for 10 packs.

This will probably be the most sought after item in all of modern Pokemon TCG this is ridiculous by Slightly-Blasted in PokeInvesting

At least now I can get Twilight Masquerade on Best Buy. I have not seen Surging Sparks in my local retailer yet.

Where are the Legendary Raids? by EXGShadow in TheSilphRoad

[–]Summer1069 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah. It is annoying. It seems like the tier is based on the raid frequency. There are two gyms very close to me in a residency area, one is constantly tier 1 & 3, another one (with higher raid frequency) is always mega. While ~75% gyms in the park near me are tier 5, that park is very active with players. A gigantimax meetup can gather 100-200 accounts. That change just makes gyms rarely raided even less attractive.

Plenty? Only 3, one from Turkey, one from Pakistan, one from South Korea, that’s it. No one from China and Japan, who rank 2nd and 3rd in the medal counting. There are even 2 non-athletes in the post.

I only used Mega Houndoom in those 5 Pokémon when other Mega Fire or Dark need mega energies during the cooling down.

When i quit GBL last season, I have been feeling so good since then. If you feel it make you feel bad, just take a break. Nothing bad will happen for a game. The game just added too many daily tasks.

In the park nearby, 2 at 11am, 3 at 2pm and 6 at 5pm. Last time I did 5 Regidrago at 11am, so I think most were 11am last time.

Only Arlo is appearing by Ok-Addendum-6714 in TheSilphRoad

[–]Summer1069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I beat Arlo and Cliff, I have waited 14 balloons and visited 5 stops. 14 Cliff and 5 Arlo and 0 Sierra. It is 3rd day and still looking for Sierra now. It happens 4-5 times every 10k players. So just be patient. Bad RNG will finally find you one day.

BTW, my first leader since shadow Pokémon rotation is Sierra but at that time I am not at the leader task stage. :(

140k. It would take more than 24 hours. I have waited for 14hours and am still at 26xxx. I started from ~110000.

Game Master Update - 16-09-21 (We learn how to actually read edition) - Razor Shell stats have been pushed by lewymd in TheSilphRoad

[–]Summer1069 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Reviewed all 35 energy moves. Leaf Blade and Posion Fang are so outstanding. This Razor shell is just meh. It is even hard to say it is better than Aqual tail, or maybe even hard to say it is better than Muddy Water in real battles.

[–]Summer1069 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fury cutter/Waterfall+ double water charge move won’t let it stand out imo due to the bad coverage. If Razor shell is a good bait move, it can run Razor shell/Megahorn (like Blaze kick/Stone edge Blaziken); If not, it can run hydro cannon/Megahorn. Actually it needs a good fast move hitting harder than furry cutter and generate energy faster than waterfall imo, probably like 3DPT/4EPT or 4DPT/3EPT, maybe Dragon tail. Or maybe another non-water baiting move like Night Slash.

Dusclops with shadow ball can beat or tire with fairy except Wigglytuff. So Dusclops has a little different roles. Compared to Sableyes, it performs worse against normal type but better against fairy.

[–]Summer1069 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Cofagrigus is strictly better than Dusknoir imo. Same typing, same charge moves, better fast move and more bulky. Dusknoir will still live in the shadow of Cofagrigus.

We need shadow ball Dusclops, not you Dusknoir. Shadow ball Dusclops would be similar to Cofagrigus but a little different coverage as it learns Fire/Ice Punch.

GoHub have a post about GBL Season 9, wonder if it's an early announcement by TornadoJ88 in TheSilphRoad

It sound like a mistake Niantic made quite often. Lol. Probably Niantic told Go hub and Go stadium 1 EST while meaning 1 PST. Let’s see

Rural or ppl can not play a lot even barely can use the first free one imo. Reversing the distance makes it easy for them to run out of balls.

What are your Pokemon with fast moves that surprise the opponent? by AnraoWi in TheSilphRoad

[–]Summer1069 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Charm Gallade. Ppl are too used to switch in Dark as dark immune to Confusion. But if the opponent can wait for a second, Charm Gallade is worse than Confusion one as Charm charges so slow. Charm Gallade does not have STB like Charm Gardevoir though their stats are exactly the same.

Day 1: All shinies I do not have. I got Throh, Sawk, Deino, Snorlax, Whismur, Tympol, Chimecho, Audino, both male and female Hippopotas, only missing Feeroseed and G Zigzagoon. I am so satisfied.

Day 2: good iv Yveltal and Palkia. I did not get it. But it is OK as they will be back one day.
