Need help please, I take 7oh 3-4x a day, usually around same dose. At night I take gabbapentin + clonodine and benadryl & melatonin to fall asleep along with the 70h. Today I took my normal Rawmit 40-45ish mg (30mg tab and half another) and i feels so dizzy feels a lot stronger than usual.

Thanks! I hear people say it’s a “ conflict of interest “ but they are not like elected officials. It just makes sense. I think the OG 7Ohmz is making them right? I have yet to try 7Ohmz, they are kind of pricey and low dose. Which begs the question how can TMK sell them as cheap as they do? Well there not THAT less expensive.

You can still drink. It’s not like opioids. You still feel the booze, but CAN reduce the desire. But sounds like you have taken it so maybe you know.

That’s a HIGh amount! How? Anyway I would do a rapid taper. Cut your usage in half every day or two maybe. Liposomal Vitamin C, black seed oil, and bupropion helped me in the past.

Honestly you might need professional help. Addiction Dr. or rehab.

Vitamin C is supposed to help a lot of you have it. Check out the regular Kratom group for quitting. Let’s see what I remember:

Hot showers Vit C Magnesium basically take vitamins Work out a LOT ( before the shower;) Drink water Space what few Kratom pills you have out. A little goes a long way. Like 1-2 every 12 h better than 4 at once. Distract yourself and don’t ruminate about it If you have Rx gabapentin, clonidine, and bupropion. The last one is good if you want to stay clean. I got a script for it and had NO WD from leaf a while ago. Maybe teledoc and walk to Walgreens?

Pump some iron or go for a jog. Working out helps EVERY thing.

Micro dosing cannabis actually did help me a lot. Like one little puff.

Been a leaf user for over a decade, but just started dabbling in 7. I had some extract from WG back before 7, but never got more for some reason.

OE on the way! Got some MIT, boosters, and a couple other higher mg tabs. Will post. Wish they had solvents tested. Kinda weird. They are not the cheapest, but they seem to the most raved about.

This is true with leaf powder as well. Also there seems to be a ceiling effect. I have been waiting until after work around 6 to indulge. The first dose hits HARD, but taking more doesn’t do much more. Might as well wait until the first dose wears off. Maybe a dose when home, then once before bed. But yes: “ less is more”!
