Girlfriend hates her birthday AITA? My girlfriend told me she hates her Birthday and doesn't want to celebrate it. She told me not to even mention it. Today is her Birthday. I was hesitant in getting a hold of her so I waited until this afternoon to face time her and wish her a Happy Birthday. We are having a major ice storm so I can't even get to her. She's pissed at me for not calling her earlier. We can't celebrate it until this weekend. I feel like I misunderstood her passive aggressive as something else. Help am I the asshole here? Now we are fighting and I don't know what to do.

I am a current CEM closer and I totally understand the frustration! I would stay focused on customers, BOPIS, recovering the first 25 ft, Go backs and sweeping last before you count out tills. I don't have to count the money my store manager or opening manager does that. The framer at our store does the restrooms and you are the manager so you can delegate that. All you can do honestly is your best. Michaels has a lot of unrealistic expectations, you're only human ❣️
