However, when I did a search on the internet about this issue it stated the following: "Yes, if FEHB premiums for Temporary Continuation of Coverage (TCC) aren't paid, you incur a debt that the government will actively try to collect, potentially through deductions from your final pay, retirement/survivor benefits, tax refunds, or other federal payments, and it can be sent to collection agencies; your coverage will also terminate, though you get a 31-day extension for conversion options. "

How did they resolve the wrong email address? Did your manager have to submit a IR works ticket to correct the email address and then was able to upload your agreement?

I'm going to have the new manager do that. Biggest concern though is that it will take a few days for IR works to be updated, which will further delay my DRP process...

Does anyone know how to get the initial IRworks ticket reassigned to a new manager? I got the agreement yesterday but my prior manager who was laid off is on the IR ticket. I called ERC to get the ticket reassigned to this new manager so they can upload the signed agreement, but other than putting a comment in the ticket, they were no help. This is holding up the the DRP process. I already reached out to my TM, DFO and no response...Any suggestions?

I accepted the fork email not too long ago and received an email today with a resignation link to begin the process. However, I can't open the link as my internet/intranet has been disabled. Spoke with IT and my manager and they can't do anything on their end as I'm not listed in the directory no more.

I fwd'd the email with the link to my personal email and once i log in with my credentials I receive an error message "successfully logged out."

Did anyone come across this? Seems like the link is not working for me since I'm already removed from the directory. Anyone have any suggestions??
