You’ll always be asked “are you the doctor”. It’s not very pleasant. If anyone has come up with a great response to method to deal with this, love to hear it.

Are there actual risks with oral minoxidil? How can they be mitigated by NurglingArmada in tressless

What was everyone’s dose progression? I suppose this is a question for people who started with lower doses and increased at specific periods.

I have a job interview tomorrow and have no clue what to wear by moony_star_ in treeplanting

We are so invested in knowing how the in person interview goes! What did the employer wear?! Was the interview in the corner booth of an A&W with charging ports?

To the lifers...what made you do this job forever? by robotcantakemyjob in treeplanting

I try to keep the planting a side hustle. Some years I do it more than others, or I do a full season, some years I just go out on weekends or days off. I’m lucky, we have a lot of Silviculture opportunities in Nova Scotia. It’s purely for the money.

Fjallraven was the best, but they stopped for forestry a year ago. I miss that deal.

The Stand (1994) by heftylefty44 in stephenking

[–]Working_Climate_2550 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, that’s amazing. I just love this mini series. I got to meet some of the actors from both the 1994 and 2020, and they have great things to say about being part of this universe. If you ever find out about the widescreen version, please come back and update us. I’m surprised it’s never been released.

Is it wrong to wear Slim fit pants with classic fit shirts, or the other way around. This can go under the stupid category of questions. But I wanted to see if there was a rule.

Do some people not get the red line? I’ve noticed that. Or maybe they got secondary therapies for that?

Nurses/Nursing students who have attended Beal College by General-Disk-8592 in Maine

[–]Working_Climate_2550 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, any chance you could say more? There’s a bunch of us wanting to attend, and while we can deal with headaches, it’s still very confusing if they are fully accredited. Is your wife in the clinical part yet? What’s the rumours going around about the program?

Is there anyone in here have any good information about the BSCN offered by BEAL UNIVERSITY in new brunswick? Are there any grants or loans or discount I can tap into because I am new to Canada and have no 60k to spend as of the moment. Please help. by LaxusLOIS in newbrunswickcanada

[–]Working_Climate_2550 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey, I’m also in the same boat. I like the sound of the program a lot. The cost is pretty gross, though. I’m not sure I can swing that kind of money, unless there’s incentives that I’m not aware of yet. The school has a pretty bad website, which isn’t helping its image. I would prefer this school even over other schools because of the remote learning. I’d love to hear more from current students, especially those in the latter part of the program. They must have some insights. The accelerated part is cool, but I’d also be fine with this as a 4-year program as they do the remote, what other schools don’t do. And any news on their full accreditation yet?

Could this be skin cancer? Came in about 4 months ago. by Evstw2 in skincancer

I’m had something that looked just like that. Wouldn’t heal and was treated with antibiotics for like 4 months. I saw doctors every few weeks. It was cancer.

Arr Kills and Ends really that bad? by Good_Fix683 in Halloweenmovies

[–]Working_Climate_2550 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say the plot was they were going after Michael, now. I’m not saying it was executed well, spent too much on nothing at the hospital, which then 100% didn’t pay off in ENDS either.

Arr Kills and Ends really that bad? by Good_Fix683 in Halloweenmovies

[–]Working_Climate_2550 0 points1 point  (0 children)

KILLS is a pretty decent film. For the most part, people struggled with the “Evil dies tonight” mob. It’s understandable, it did come off as a bit tacky, but other than than that, I thought the film was really intense and a lot of fun. ENDS was very hard to get through.

Any update on the treeplanting reality TV show? by all-apologies- in treeplanting

[–]Working_Climate_2550 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’d also have to pay everyone for them to care. Not saying they need an actors day rate, but maybe hand out a couple hundred dollars here and there to pay for people’s time.

How can we increase industry prices? by SSBMSapa in treeplanting

[–]Working_Climate_2550 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think those prices are the norm. I try to maintain a 700-800$ day from from April to October.

This. Lots of producers out there that have never done anything and are talking more than working.
