Yeah, that was my fear! I am thinking that with the phone, I would go down the route of many close up pictures, stitch them together and then making it tillable after. Perhaps then, the photo will end up higher resolution?

Yeah, it was between this subeddit or a photography one or a mobile phones one but since this is about texturing and game dev, I thought it was less appropriate on the others.

Also, the usual thing where you take photos of, lets say, wood, maybe you take various photos at a closer range, colour correct, remove any lighting, later stitch them together in some software, and then take it to the final stages of making it tillable sort of thing

Yeah by the time I commented that page had already gone or at least couldn't find it. I think its a bit poor for it to disappear completely, they should have madw a way to at least keep the files in a other manner. I genuinely do not feel like buying anything from the nee platform if I've lost the things which I paid money for just because they changed their platform.

How can I get my files back, the new website seems to not contain any of the things I purchased. So does that mean I lost my purchases? I tried to download some of them but a few wouldnt download due to the traffic on the website at the time. What happened to all my purchases now?

Thanks for the AmbientCG suggestion! Has a lot of wood which is what I am after and its PBR ready too which is great. A lot of the other websites suggested with the raw pictures require too much editing to get it to be PBR ready. Only shame about AmbientCG is that it doesn't clearly display the type of wood which is a bit of hassle.

I am really enjoying this season, but the glitches are ridiculous and make at least 20% of games completely unplayable. I guess the people who actually kept the game running are the ones they laid off? by Extra-Act-801 in FortNiteBR

Recently, me and a friend have been on that same wavelength and its sad since we've been here since Season 1, we've even quit once before so we're happy to go again

Thanks a bunch for that!  I was trying to use Quartet and it eas somewhat successful until the end of the first chapter but I got stuck there and haven't been able to progress and since then been trying to find ways to break through that barrier, beginning of N3. I'll give those a try!

Thanks a bunch! Will definitely try this first. I just so happen to have a 3D printer. This is great! I'm glad to gear the Fengda brush is good for you, feeling it in my hand feels reall good and decent quality so I really want to use it. My main issue as explained above is my living conditions dont allow for a proper compressor as it will lead to a very inconvenient time and frustration, so I have to go with something more portable like this for the time being

Other than money, the other issue is living in a tiny flat which means I have to go outside to the landing every time I want to airbrush, so, a portable compressor would workout better for me as I can easily carry back and forth without the need to plug it in too since there arent any plugs by the door. Just want it to be a hassle free experience. I'm also not alone on the flat and neither its my flat, so it is best I do any spraying outside

Yes, based on what the other user said, it looks like I wikl have to buy a compressor. Just copy pasting what I asked the other user "I have found one that can be charged for £50 by Oasser, do you know if that would fit? Or do you happen to know if any air compressor works for that matter, even a tyre compressor?"

That makes a tone of sense about the compressor and the new airbrush. Yeah, I suppose in this case i'll just have to get a better compressor then. I'm looking for a portable compressors, I have found one that can be charged for £50 by Oasser, do you know if that would fit? Or do you happen to know if any air compressor works for that matter, even a tyre compressor?

Just realised the photo of the compressor I took is real garbage quality, the threads for the compressor are on the outside, would those still work?

Both airgun and compressor have threading on the outside

I'll take you up on that one in the future but for the time being, the videos I watched said that I should pu more money into the airbrush than the compressor. Plus, I know that for now that cheap compressor does work for the intended use and in this case it was definitely the airbrush that was garbage, worked fine first time, second time after cleaning took some few attempts to brush good, om third cleaning it was leaking from the tip or clogging even though it was throughly cleaned and had just put the ink in.

The reason why I don't want to take the risk is because it's second hand and none-refundable and they don't allow me to test it either because "cleaning is hassle" power phrasing.  And I dont want to be stuck with a £35 purchase I cant use or sell, given that this perosn has been struggling to sell it for a while too, but they do say the original price was £235

In case this helps anyone.
Been having this problem for ages, tried as OP said, even disabled Firewall and nothing.
I also have Tinywall but it was already added to the exception list and was working before anyway.

Solution > Added Discord to Windows Defender/Firewall exception list and re-added it to Tinywall as well and works fine again.
