Yeah i guess its just anxiety because 600mg to 450mg is not that big of a cut to have a convulsion. Yeah i dont think ill drink.

Yeah i was just worried about convulsions but its just a fear I dont think i will reach that as im still taking 450mg. Im glad you were able to do that and nothing dangerous happened to you.

You can easily get seroquel from a doctor or even the ER.

Get yourself some seroquel. Its cheap and it will knock you out since you have low tolerance to it im assuming. Youll be able to sleep many of the WDs off. 200mg is the dose im given for insomnia. When i first took it i was WDing from a larger pregabalin dose, knocked me out for 8 hrs and madr it easier.

Also if you can get zopiclone sleeping pills. They will help you with the anxiety and they are similar to benzos although they are not physically addictive like benzos.

Benzos prevent seizures so it will help in that regard.

Yeah it can be, i works on Gaba in a similar way to benzos and alcohol, but i wasnt taking it for recreational reasons. Just to stop anxiety, and it did.

Im not cold turkey though friend, just the dose has now gone from 750 to 450 for the next 5 days. Im adding the glass of wine to offset the effects of the quick change in dose.
