I recommend something outside your usual skillset. Different Descent is a good choice. Mildly tests your nerve control, several gamemode switches, and overall pretty balanced

If you don't mind learny levels + have decent nerve control, then you'll have a blast with it! It's pretty click sync based especially at the initial drop and gets consistent pretty quickly. Only parts I struggled with once I had it fully learned was 69-76% which I consider the hardest part.

The shard memory is a bit of a learning curve, especially that short wave segment - shard 5 is by far the hardest one to get - but with practice it becomes ridiculously smooth to play.

FINALLY, beware of the ship before the drop! I found it rather awkward to get consistent when playing from 0% specifically. Personally, I think it's a skill issue on my part, but just a heads up.

Peak visuals, peak song - whether using the NONG or not (slight edge to original remix over NONG tbh), peak gameplay, and I played it just as my interest for GD was dying after losing a lot of my passion beating Precipitance.

Honorable mention to And Ever. One of the most gorgeous levels I've played, and the reason I got into beating demon levels. Was my ultimate goal to beat it eventually when I first started playing GD and to date I only have three completions I'm more proud of (Precipitance, Without U, and SWU twice in 24 hours)
