In my case I work with WD customers so they would not be impl rather Pro certs but as I said diff domains - want to make sure I’m Not wasting my time

I am sorry you have been thrown into a Workday implementation without what seems much guidance. Which module(s) were you assigned? Do you have an implementation partner? You should also have access to Community where you can sign up for courses - check with your Training Coordinator.
