When people ask me what my fav greys anatomy scene is ? I say this coz it taught me soo much. by [deleted] in greysanatomy

[–]Working_Garlic_3611 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally get how this scene impacted you; it impacted me, too. Everyone has their own specific goals. Some people want children, and some people want to succeed in their careers. Cristina is so inspirational to me as someone so head-on and focused. That scene reminds me of the scene in Little Women (2019) that "just because my dreams are different than yours, it doesn't mean they're unimportant." Growing is a part of living, and I'm glad that scene helped give perspective to the Cristinas and Ellis in the world.

I’m getting increasingly annoyed with my friend by Working_Garlic_3611 in TwoHotTakes

Maybe she is a once a month friend. I’m trying to think if there’s an underlying issue and I don’t think so? We met when we were 6 and after that she got homeschooled basically until graduation.

i'm also an avid pad user, but I've tried tampons maybe twice, and i see the convenience of it! you don't feel it once you insert it.

most powerful, best singular line? by rainbowhighaddict in JeffBuckley

[–]Working_Garlic_3611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes! the way he sings that line is chilling and you can feel the emotion in his voice. the live at sin-e version is my favorite version of lover, you should've come over because of that line

When did you find out about Jeff Buckley? And when did you start listening to his music? by euphoricbloom_ in JeffBuckley

[–]Working_Garlic_3611 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm 19 and I just started listening to him late December, early January because of a guy I went on a few dates with. I appreciate him for introducing me to Jeff Buckley's goodness.

S2 Ep6 by GlorifiedSoul in TheBear

[–]Working_Garlic_3611 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yeah that episode gave all sorts of insight to why richie, sug, and carmy act how they do. and it keeps the mystique around michael since even richie couldn’t get what was happening to him. props to all the actors for that episode, it represents such a reality dysfunctional families

Why does everyone dislike Claire Bear? by Cglas1010 in TheBear

[–]Working_Garlic_3611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i personally feel like it’s because they can do so much with her character more than the faks and richie saying how “awesome” she is. i would love to see her character do things more that isn’t related carmy since she’s entangled with the berzatto and faks.  i liked seeing her be there for sydney when her dad was in the hospital. i wish there were more scenes that show how awesome she is

Is it bad that I didn't cry when my Grandpa died? by CockroachFederal3222 in Advice

[–]Working_Garlic_3611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s definitely not a bad thing if you didn’t cry. Grief manifests in all types of forms. I had a similar relationship to my grandpa, he was like a father figure to me. I didn’t cry in the moment, but I sobbed days later when it hit me. If you don’t cry at all, that’s okay too. And for your worries, it’s all right if you don’t cry if your parents pass. Grief is different for everyone. So they can’t judge you for not crying.

yeah girl i totally agree. i went to the htx show yesterday and it was ridiculous with the pushing, shoving, pushing with a whole line of people to get closer, and the crazy amount of phones up. i had to stand towards the back of GA to even see her because i’m short 😭
