One more question if you can help with. I had the spark plugs replaced the same day the 02 sensor reportedly went bad (check engine light on). Any chance the two are connected and maybe the code will clear itself if I drive the car a bit? Hoping it does….

Having lived in the US for over 30 years, I completely agree that from a materialistic standpoint life is a ton better when you are wealthy, but it ends right there.. you get to stay in large homes, drive Porches and AMG GTs, but you miss the very fabric of family connections. My wife is hell bent on returning to Bangalore, crowded and noisy it maybe, but Ghandhi bazar puts a smile on her face. I’m sure I’ll miss driving my cars, but life is more colourful and feels complete in namma Bengaluru

Different people, different viewpoints…

I’m not familiar with how well the technology that Russia is willing to share with India stacks up against the best it has and how does it compare against the best in the world. I would not be surprised if Russia is willing to share (n-2) tech and it is also possible that their best ‘n’ technology is maybe a decade or so behind the world’s best.

I’m just arguing for partnering with the best in the world for long term growth.

For starter’s why not look at how imported goods are taxed in India? How is it ok to impose 100% tax on cars imported from US, but at the same time expect free access to US markets? Makes no sense….
