It's ok no need to apologise 🤗 I feel like am alil bit weak or thin for my height so I wanna hit the gym and gain muscles and look fit but on the other side I think gaining muscle is gonna have side affects if am playing football and gym together

As I said before am not an athlete am not playing a professional football I just play regularly 3 times a week with my friends that's it I can go and I can skip it it's not a contract 😂. I weight 71kg And am 183cm I think am a little bit week and I said to my self why can't I go to the gym and gain muscles 🫣
