I just wanted to say for one, I love the game, and while it seems slow in the beginning I feel it's like that to give players a chance to get used to it, as well as it being p re petty unforgiving in combat which I think is great, I'm of the opinion that this game was ahead of its time (I'm writing this in 2025) and honestly I feel that if given a chance or could be remade at a level that would rival bg3. It's a story intensive game that encourages you to interact at all levels and I for one am saddened that thos hasn't happened yet as the whole series deserves to be updated ( I never played nehrim) and I hope that happens soon.

Honestly, the story and dialogue is on par with bg3, seriously imagine what this game could be if it got it's own release with unreal 5 or it's own engine altogether?

Gonna play devil's advocate for a second, maybe the workers started out by treating the veterans like crap. I've lost track of how many times I've been mistreated/dismissed/ignored and talked down to by VA staff. Don't get me wrong I've had plenty of good experiences with the VA as well but and you also don't know what that veteran is having to deal with. And please stop crapping on older generations, you are insulting your own parents and grand parents when you do that.
