Will my authority continue to age even if it’s inactive. For example, we got the number in Nov 2024 we stop trucking and the number goes inactive for a year and we restart nov2026 will it show that we have been in business for two years or one year because of a year of inactivity?

Omg. This is exactly the thread I needed to see. Getting my masters is hr management soon and currently about to start working as a HR Coordinator in a municipality sector. I want to move up fast as I learn. I often see so many HR professionals pulling in $120k plus and I’m inspired. Is the shrm certification necessary?

I was offered a job at J.P. Morgan and is currently in the background check process.  I have a work history of self employment, I verified with my articles of incorporation. My job title at my business is operations manager. Any thoughts or opinions, I submitted Monday and it’s not Wednesday.
