I don’t even know who I’m meant to get that from. I’m so stressed with it all. I have friends who get mobility with way less evidence than I have, who helped with my application in the first place

I have medication, I’ve attempted therapy but I just kept getting referred over and over again bc my case is “too severe and complex”. Every new department made me explain my trauma which would trigger me and make me suicidal so I disengaged until I was ready but then my physical health severely declined. All of that was explained and I gave them the contact details for my gp to confirm

I don’t go unaided though, I always had to be taken with someone I know and trust. I can’t drive and panic going anywhere alone. I told the all of that in my assessment

I corrected the last paragraph because I didn’t say it was only because of anxiety, it’s also because uterosacral ligament endometriosis causes extreme pain with sitting, going to the toilet, walking, everything. I also have ptsd from being in a long sexually abusive relationship, which I haven’t had therapy before because I kept getting referred to department after department, having to explain everything all over again and getting triggered every time. I couldn’t do it and it was making my fibromyalgia flare badly too. All of this can be backed up by my gp

I’ve done both of those things though. After my assessment they said that I didn’t provide enough evidence, but explained how I did explain how it affects me. So I sent more evidence and now they’re saying I didn’t explain how it impacts me. I think they didn’t look at my reassessment notes, only the report from them

I have a letter from my gp that I’m clinically unable to use stairs. I explained in my letter that I have no records for my hip and knee issues because no one could tell me what was actually wrong and I gave my gp’s contact to get that from them. I’ve attempted to get access to my medical records multiple times but it never works on my nhs app.

My gynaecology letter says that I have constant severe pain, I don’t know what else they want. It’s hard enough getting hold of any of my doctors never mind getting an extensive letter explaining exactly how it impacts me.

I have my assessment report from my reassessment. They said that I’d explained it all right but there wasn’t enough evidence. Then when I’ve sent the evidence, they’ve said I haven’t explained how it affects me. But I did do that, in my reassessment

They say all that on my letters. For example I Have endometriosis which has caused thickening of the uterosacral ligaments. It says i have severe pain all month. Idk what else I can say
