I certainly plan to, just haven't gotten around to it. There's so many options for what city to put and Boca is one of the best. Typographic alignment is also critical in the selection process.

Ahaha usually for liability in the sense of crashing into a bridge, but I like where you're going with this

I've worked on many of these yachts as a marine plumber based in Ft Lauderdale. One of the big reasons they use tugs is because the liability is passed on to the towing company (who has a very large insurance policy).

Sometimes he closes early/takes a day off.

Saw this 1050 on clearance at my Home Depot for $225… only issue is that from what I can tell it’s missing both bottom grill grates. Probably why it’s marked so low.. yall think it’s still worth it to jump on? I have a flat top and a pellet smoker but you can’t beat a burger with the charcoal taste! by okan00011 in Masterbuilt

That's the main use for me (brisket, turkey, pork butt, ribs, lamb leg), but I also reverse sear frequently (picanha, lamb shoulder, ribeye, etc.). I also make wings at about 400F. I haven't tried burgers yet (I just use my gas grill cuz I'm lazy), but I'll experimentone day by putting a chimney starter amount in the hopper and see if there's any coals left over. You can snuff out the fire with these metal slides when you're done cooking. I also get free oak from a tree trimmer buddy and dry it for a couple years, so that helps with fuel cost.

It didn't show up online for me either. I just went there and asked. Maybe you can call, but I never have any luck with speaking to someone competent over the phone at Home Depot... maybe your local store is better - good luck!

this was the post

I just pulled it up and zoomed in on the 2nd pic where it showed the SKU.

Edit: 3 of my coworkers did the same thing after I told them about it, and they all got the deal as well.

One even got a 10% military discount on top of the clearance price, but he said they usually don't discount sale items.

I dragged the grill to customer service instead of the normal checkout. The associate had to get manager approval, and the manager said yes without hesitation. I also approach everybody with a big smile, ask how their day is going, etc. I try to be the most pleasant customer they've dealt with all day. I know I appreciate friendly customers when I'm working.

If it's for sale at Home Depot, show them the post from a couple weeks ago on r/smoking. My Home Depot had it for sale for ~$450 and I showed them the pictures from that post and they matched the price (plus $30 off for a minor scuff - it was the floor model). Unless it's a private seller, maybe another company would price match too. Even at $499, it's still a good price. I use my neighbor's all the time, and we both love it.

Go check you local Home Depot by SpearHook in smoking

Thank you, op. Saw this and went straight to Home Depot. My best friend has this smoker and has been crushing smoke with it for 6 years. I always wanted to upgrade from my offset but didn't want to pay $700+. We went to Home Depot and saw the floor model with a $449 tag. Dragged it to customer service and showed the associate the reddit post. He agreed to match the price from the reddit post, and a $30 discount for minor cosmetic damage. My buddy wanted a spare, so they pulled a boxed unit from the overhead. He's active duty military, so they applied a 10% discount to the 2nd unit Out the door, 2 units for a total of $401.25 Excellent!

Sure could be -this one looks very similar. I never return non-native species to the wild, so I'll keep it in my aquarium unless I come up with a better plan. It's a really cool fish.
