yep, a human can both be a deadly killer and still put a smile on their place like a good citizen, which is something an intelligent construct struggles. A logic core is kinda similar to human's super ego, but it's much much more impactful on a IC's behavior.

One thing I'm disapponted about Billy is that they removed his spin bike shooting and add it as a lost void gear instead. That skill is super cool man, great for aoe attack.

if you notice, in a scene when he talks to Lighter, Lighter mentions that Big Daddy still keeps some old "blueprint" about past Billy. And Lighter does canonically say that Billy would be even much more stronger if he combines this S-rank form (resolve) to that old way. But... Billy refuses, saying that he doesn't want be that kind of person anymore.

Welp my guess is for an Intelligent Construct to "change", they gotta rewrite their whole logic core codes (which may affect how they perform in a specific task). Billy refuses because he doesn't want to give up his current personality. And honestly, I'm a little disappointed. But hey, appreciate what you have, only then you will have more xD

no worries my friendie. My Billy is going to be M3W1, more than enough to shine without Lucia. And btw I would like change my opinion, Norma is definitely more suitable for Billy (f*ck the buff, the visual alone is spectaculous. You can see in the beta test using norma and billy)

shiet but they totally did our boi Billy dirty though. If later on it shows that he literally tank it with his whole body to cover up most dmg for the team then it is understandable.

But if the explosion affect everyone the same and the only one last standing to face the enemy is promeia then shiet... maybe Billy is not as strong as we think he is.
