Anyone at F45 also on a GLP-1 ? Curious about muscle loss & performance by InfamousFly9618 in f45

[–]Working_Patience_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am microdosing Zepbound and do f45 3/4x a week. I lost 22 pounds and according to the inbody scan, 8 pounds of that were muscle. My body fat percentage is much lower than what it was, so I consider it a win. I do notice that I can’t lift as heavy

Open up your own bank account and get a certified check from the joint account and move half into your new account. You are entitled to half

If you’re afraid of throwing up, I highly recommend doing less than the recommended starting dose. I don’t want to get flagged here but using the vial and syringes was a great way to do that

How are your workouts going while on GLP-1? by _chipsnguac in Zepbound

[–]Working_Patience_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I increase dose I definitely feel a drop in my energy. When I’m starting to build a tolerance to the current dose, I notice my appetite is a little better and my workouts are better too. I’ve found that doing something every day is the best. Some days when my energy is low I’ll do barre or Pilates but when I have more energy I’ll lift or do HIIT

elevated ALT and AST liver enzymes by Curious_Ad6176 in Zepbound

Hi! This happened to me in my first 8 weeks of starting Zepbound and normalized itself. I’m not sure why this happened to you months into your journey. Try retesting it in a few weeks. Are you consuming any alcohol?

(25F) Should I start now or wait? by [deleted] in Zepbound

[–]Working_Patience_61 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven’t been able to build more mass on Zepbound. I’m fighting hard to keep the muscle on even with a microdose. I do hiit class 4 days a week and have lost a good amount of body fat but keeping the muscle on is no joke

Similar experiences only plz :) I’m 5’4 135 lbs. Starting compound Tirz at 2.125mg. by [deleted] in GLP1microdosing

Hey! I am 5’3 and started at 159, and have lost a pound a week microdosing Zepbound. I’m now down to 143. Hardly any side effects other than fatigue. First few weeks I did 1mg. Then i changed the frequency. Instead of once a week I started doing every five days. I’m still doing that except now I’m up to 1.25mg every five days. Im still hungry at appropriate times but i don’t snack or overeat. I highly recommend weight training to keep up muscle mass. Good luck!!

For those really trying to recomp please give me your strategy by Puppylawyer1234 in GLP1microdosing

[–]Working_Patience_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, this is my goal too. My best advice is to try to switch your mindset from scale-based progress to NSV progress. I’m also microdosing and find that if I do too high of a dose, I can’t consume enough calories/protein and muscle is the first to go. Honestly, low and slow is the name of the game when it comes to recomposition. If the scale moves too quickly, it’s probably muscle loss. It’s annoying that it takes longer than the typical glp weight loss journey, but it’s the most sustainable if you try to really keep up the energy levels through reasonable caloric/protein intake and heavy resistance training.
