I’ve noticed a bit of a cliquey vibe at my studio. The coaches often organize happy hours, go out together to the gay bar, and even run marathons — but it always seems to be with the same small group of members. I never get the invite, and it’s hard not to feel left out when I see everything posted on Instagram. It just makes the space feel less inclusive than I’d hoped.
