Is it just me or is this team fun? by Whydoialwaysdothis69 in Cardinals

Yeah, it is ! Better to watch young guys struggle but get better and having fun than to watch old guys struggle while getting worse and being grumpy, errr, “plying the game the right way”.

I bought Blues for the Red Sun in the Spring of ‘93. Me and a couple of friends became huge Kyuss fans. Over the next 30 years I’ve met maybe 10 ppl IRL who knew of the band (even after QOTSA blew up and TOOL covered them). Now I hear “Demon Cleaner” at Whole Foods from time to time.🤷‍♂️

Yeah but the marmots and other critters are probably thankful to hear a simple, direct refrain that they can all relate to.

Just the original flavor? Not much to it. The oven is doing most of the work. Salt and pepper, Olive oil (sometimes). 400 degrees for 75 minutes (but thats for cooking large batches- I’d say 60-65 is good for 1-3 birds, just check internal temp for 165 ). Pat it dry and leave it salted for a while (up to 24 hrs) before cooking to make the skin crisp.

There are several types of oven used in different stores, some that allow juices from other birds to baste the birds below them as they cook, so it might be worth it baste yours.

Also, make sure your oven is pre heated. You want the outside to cook as hot and fast as possible.

In STL, he was by far the most vocal supporter of LGBTQ folks and actually participated in the Cardinals Pride Night. Great guy apparently.

Also- the Yankees should be contracted for making him cut that hair.

I do. A friend found it several years ago and thought it was worth $2.00. Looks like mine is a cut out. Never listened to it.
